Eleazar Ocampo
Born to missionary parents and raised as a pastor’s child, I dedicated my life to the Lord at age eight. I've been involved in various church ministries, including worship, dance, and youth, and served as a youth pastor by sixteen. My desire to serve the Lord has been a constant in my life.
I’m married to my wife, Gladys, whom I grew up with in church, and we have five wonderful children.
Since starting my family, I’ve explored different careers and launched several businesses. In early 2023, I began working as a Regional Marketing Manager for an international wellness company at their EU headquarters in Warsaw. Although I intended to attend a different church, God led me to ICF, and I’m grateful for this church family that has become a second home.
Solide Amuli
I was born and raised in a Christian family in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, embracing my faith from an early age. I was baptised at 16 and have been actively serving in the church even before then. My involvement includes serving in Worship Team, Music Team, and Youth Ministry. In June 2023, my family and I relocated to Warsaw for work, where I currently work in System Administration, Technical Support, and Data Management. I’ve been married to my wonderful wife, Grace, since August 2021, and together, we have a beautiful daughter named Eyram.
We are grateful to the Lord and ICF for the opportunity to serve God and His people.
Tinashe Chikwetu
Tinashe Chikwetu is a Zimbabwean banker whose life is firmly anchored in Christian values. Born into a devout Christian family, his faith has been a constant source of strength and guidance throughout his journey. These values are at the heart of everything he does, shaping his personal and professional life.
Tinashe is married to Rumbidzai Chikwetu, and together they have two wonderful children, Nokutenda Phoebe and Atipaishe Zyne. The Chikwetu family is united by their shared faith, finding joy and purpose in their Christian beliefs.
With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, Tinashe has built a successful career rooted in integrity and excellence.
Outside of his professional life, Tinashe enjoys playing volleyball and is an avid football fan, passionately supporting Chelsea FC. His favorite Bible verse, Matthew 6:33, serves as a constant reminder to prioritize God’s kingdom in all aspects of life, reinforcing his dedication to living a life of purpose and faith.

Justin Gandy
(Elder Candidate)
I’m Justin — a devoted follower of Christ, husband to my wonderful wife Sharon, and proud father to our two amazing boys, Carter and Hunter. I was raised in a Christian home, but it was in 2009 that I truly surrendered my life to the Lord and was baptized.
Originally from South Africa, I carry both German and English heritage, while Sharon shares in our South African pride with her Portuguese roots.
By profession, I’m a Pharmacologist, now working in the commercial sector in Pharmaceuticals.
We’ve been blessed to experience life abroad, living in the Netherlands for 3.5 years and now calling Poland home for just over two years.
We believe in the strength of community. As expats, we seek out Christian communities wherever we are, knowing how important they are for growing in faith and experiencing God. That’s what led us to ICF, after our first year in Poland, we realised how much we’d been missing that connection.
Jaeden Tulip

I am both British and Canadian and have called many countries home. I have been living in Warsaw and attending ICF since 2019. My wife, Katya, started attending ICF at the same time, which is where we met and eventually got married. We have both been leading the teenage Youth ministry for the last few years, and both have been involved in the Worship ministry, Summer Camps, TnT and Bible studies. We have a big heart for sharing the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ and discipling to nurture and grow others, as well as being discipled ourselves. We’re excited to see God grow His kingdom here on Earth, changing lives for the better, full of love! ICF is a small part of His plan, come and join the story!
