OUR PASTORS AND STAFF

ICF is governed by a team of elders who provide spiritual oversight and direction for the church, and the Lead Pastor serves as a member of that elder team, working alongside the other elders to lead, teach, and guide the church.

Scott Parmenter

Lead Pastor

Scott Parmenter is from Michigan in the United States. He has been in church ministry for 34 years, serving in the areas of teaching, music, outreach and ministry administration. Scott has been married to Angie for almost 39 years. They have three adult children who are all married, and 5 grandchildren. At ICF, Scotts primary responsibility is preaching, but he also enjoys being involved with all aspects of the ministry and interacting with the various ministry groups.

Office Hours : Thursdays from 10-12h

Bogdan Jachym

Associate Pastor

Bogdan Jachym, his wife Bożena and their two daughters, Julia and Justyna, have been a part of ICF since May 2012. Bogdan became a believer when he was a student through the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ in Cracow in 1982. He grew spiritually being involved in the student ministry of CCC in Cracow and that is how he met Bożena. After he finished his degree in Sound Control and Vibrations he became a CCC employee in 1986. Bożena and Bogdan got married in 1988.

From 2006-2012 Bogdan was an acting pastor of a Polish home church that had its roots in International Baptist Church. At the same time he went back to work as a real estate manager and after three years became a Director of Operation in large catering company.

He and his wife have been on staff with the International Messengers, an international Christian organization since 2007, organizing evangelistic English Camps and discipling new believers.

In fall of 2015 Bogdan quit his job and went back to full time ministry.

Agnieszka Lapointe

Administration Secretary

Agnieszka Lapointe is from Warsaw, Poland. She has been involved with ICF since 2011, initially in children’s ministry , then in Hospitality and Women’s ministry. Agnieszka is responsible for administration and the information hub of ICF.
