At ICF Warsaw, we believe every follower of Christ has a God-given role in the body of Christ. Scripture teaches that each person is uniquely gifted and intentionally placed within the church so that together we can serve, grow, and carry out the work God has given us.
Serving is not simply about filling a role, it is about living out the purpose for which God created you, building meaningful relationships, and using the gifts He has entrusted to you to strengthen the church and reach others.
Whether you have a few hours a month or feel called to invest more deeply in a particular ministry, there is a place for you here. Our teams welcome people from every background and stage of faith who are willing to serve alongside others.

1. Bible Study Team
Growing together through God’s Word.
Summary: The Bible Study Team helps lead and organize Bible studies and supports group leaders and participants. Whether you’re interested in leading a group, assisting a leader, or helping with the organization of Bible studies, there’s a place for you to serve.
2. Greeters Team
The first smile, the lasting welcome.
Summary: The Greeters Team warmly welcomes people as they arrive, helps them find seats, and assists with communion, offering, and other needs during the service. They help create a welcoming first impression of ICF and make newcomers feel seen, valued, and at home.
3. Hospitality Team
Serving love one cup at a time.
Summary: The Hospitality Team prepares and maintains the refreshments table each Sunday, ensuring coffee, tea, and snacks are available after the service. They serve with warmth and help foster community through food, conversation, and connection.
4. Host Team
Guiding the flow, welcoming the heart.
Summary: The Host Team helps lead the Sunday service from the stage by sharing announcements, guiding transitions, and helping guests know what to expect. They help keep the service flowing smoothly while connecting people to ICF and its mission.
5. Maintenance Team
Behind the scenes, caring for God’s house.
Summary: The Maintenance Team helps care for the church building and facilities through light repairs, room setup and general upkeep. They also assist with special events and seasonal needs such as snow removal and equipment setup.
6. Men’s Ministry Team
Growing in faith, friendship, and fellowship.
Summary: ICF Men’s Ministry brings together men from a variety of nations and cultural backgrounds. We enjoy informal fellowship, meaningful conversations, and good fun while growing together in our faith and understanding of God’s Word. We explore challenging subjects and encourage one another in light of Scripture.
7. Missions Team
Going beyond the walls to love the world.
Summary: The Missions Team helps lead ICF’s outreach efforts locally and globally. They organize partnerships, mission trips, and community service opportunities as we seek to share God’s love and fulfill the Great Commission.
8. Prayer Team
Standing in the gap with faith and love.
Summary: The Prayer Team regularly intercedes for the church, its leaders, and the wider community. Team members also pray with individuals after services and help cultivate a church culture where people feel spiritually supported, encouraged, and cared for.
9. Social Media Team
Sharing Christ’s message in the digital world.
Summary: The Social Media Team shares encouraging content, stories, and updates about ICF across our digital platforms. They help promote events, communicate what’s happening at ICF, and keep our church community connected online.
10. Sunday School Team
Shaping young hearts for Christ with joy and care.
Summary: The Sunday School Team creates a fun, safe, and Christ-centered environment for children during church services. Volunteers teach Bible lessons, care for children, and help with check-in, cleanup, and communication with parents.
11. Tech Team
Behind every sound and screen, a servant’s heart.
Summary: The Tech Team helps ensure that sound, slides, livestreaming, and other technical aspects of the service run smoothly. They support worship, hosts, and preaching through reliable, behind-the-scenes service.
12. Women’s Ministry Team
Growing together in faith, friendship, and encouragement.
Summary: ICF Women’s Ministry creates opportunities for women to connect, grow in their faith, and encourage one another. Through a variety of events and activities, we seek to experience Jesus together, build meaningful friendships, and support one another in every season of life.
13. Worship Team
Leading hearts into the presence of God.
Summary: The Worship Team leads the church in worship through music, vocals, and instruments. Team members rehearse, pray, and serve together to help create a reverent and joyful environment where people can worship God and encounter His presence.
14. Young Adult’s Ministry Team
Building community, growing in faith, and serving together.
Summary: ICF Young Adults is a dynamic, international community of English-speaking young adults in Warsaw. Students, professionals, and entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds come together to build fellowship, grow in faith, learn, and serve. Members use their gifts in many ways, including leading small groups, teaching, serving on the Worship Team, assisting with audio and visual production, and supporting other areas of church life.
15. Youth Ministry Team
Investing in the next generation of faith.
Summary: The Youth Team ministers to middle and high school students through Bible studies, events, mentoring, and meaningful relationships. Volunteers help disciple and encourage young people as they grow in their relationship with Christ and navigate the challenges of life.
